Notting Hill home

Behind a conventional terraced frontage sits a new build house in Notting Hill by Seth Stein Architects. The terrace extends 26m in depth with accommodation arranged around an internal courtyard and terraces. The house utilizes solar heating, photovoltaics and rainwater harvesting in order to achieving the highest British energy rating. Designed in the signature minimalist style of Seth Stein Architects the materials are honest and simple bathed in natural light by the glazed walls and well positioned windows.
