‘Running with Scissors’ by Gavin Brown

With such a distinguished and electric career in art, design, and fashion well renowned Melbourne based artist – Gavin Brown, will be showcasing his latest prints and artworks in the ‘Running with Scissors’ event at the RTIST Gallery in Prahran on the 21st November 2013.

During his career Brown has proven to be the master of all trades, having success in film, fashion and many other avenues of art and design, but painting being his main focus. With over 25 group and solo exhibitions, his work has been collected and showcased world-wide.

Browns artworks are often described as a kaleidoscope of shape and colour and his imaginative collages create a world made up of paint, paste and paper that reveal the figurative characters within. There are only 20 individual prints on offer with a limited edition of 24 for each*.
