The phrase “Pretty in Pink” comes to mind instantly when I saw this lush apartment by Spanish studio Living Pink. Three very attractive Spanish ladies formed Living Pink studio in 2008 and have been putting their signature vibrancy and mid century glamour on some stunning projects. The decorative accessories are a union of disparate pieces, chosen for their unique value. This has created a fun and exciting exercise in balance.
Located in the Salamanca district of Madrid, interestingly this apartment is rented and all structural features are original! The high ceilings have been embellished with some truly magnificent and high-end lighting pieces.
Mixing these genres and colours brings dynamism to the lounge and other spaces. The kitchen tiles feel archetypal Spanish in style and are a wonderful vibrant patterned element. The collection of dissimilar dining chairs under a marble slab top is also expertly executed in pattern and mix. This family apartment is filled with natural light and energetic in rhythm.
