Innovative French fine art photographer Ludwig Favre has created a set of long exposure portraits in his new series ‘Neon’, using his drone as an aerial light source to create angelic halos that hover above the earth. #cleverman
Favre is an accomplished travel photographer, and he recently traveled the globe in search of surreal landmarks for the new series. Settling for the Nordic country of Iceland, and the western state of Oregon in North America, each for their unparalleled and unique natural scenery. In each location Favre used his drone to illuminate the landscape, drawing heavenly glowing rings with a spiritual presence to the scenery. As this was happening, Favre took long-exposure photographs of the experiment. The result is neon-lit halo rings that elevate the locations into otherworldly dreamscapes.
