Chi & Co

This cheeky eatery located in the Canley Heights hot spot that is know to the locals as “the Strip” is the perfect combination of big, bold and playful.  In an effort to push the boundaries of Sydney’s typical western suburbs Asian eateries, Chi & Co have taken a lighthearted approach to the interior which we are loving. The custom manga-style graphic along the dining wall and bright neon signage at the entry create an ebullient atmosphere whilst the exposed brick walls and ceiling trusses give recognition to the the building’s original heritage.  The pop of colour paired with the quirky screen cutouts and timber detailing create a subtle delineation between dining and bar without imposing segregation. The bar area takes on a slightly more sophisticated approach with the use of glass, wire and steel to create angular hoods and framework.  A hint of marble adds that extra touch of style to their serious but unpretentious bar setup. If the interior is a reflection of the food offering then our taste buds are left wanting more!
