Fernanda Marques is known for her perfect balance of functionality and minimalist style that are referenced across her projects. Established in 1995 her studio has created a stunning body for work across São Paulo, Miami, New York and London.

Her signature style is captured in the retro-modern design of Limantos Residence. Double-height ceiling with floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area creates a spacious feeling that merges the indoor and outdoor areas while flooding the space with light. Fully retractable sliding doors open this space out to the pool and outdoor entertaining area. The use of clean white, warm timber and beige and brown tones create a vintage vibe, while yellow feature walls draws your eye to the rear of the living space and brings cheer to the powder rooms. The focal point of the house is the spiral staircase made from timber contrasted with a solid white railing framed by the egg yellow wall. The house designed for a family is set over three levels in São Paulo, Brazil.
