minimalistic LUXE

Eating objects was a design exploration of food for molecular gastronomy and dining experiences. Using food as a material Design Goat studio created a series of food ‘products’ that would be used by the diner in a restaurant. Inspired by using the processes and techniques of molecular gastronomy to form the food in new ways controlling different tastes, colours and textures. The “tools” allow the user to experience the food in an entirely unique way giving them an insight into the usually secret techniques of molecular gastronomy allowing the persons that dine to transform the food. Like precious jewels they add minimalistic LUXE to the table!
